In May 2011 the new Relentless Energy NASS terrain was unveiled to rapturous gasps of awe from riders and fans alike. With the success of last year’s event still echoing through the seasons, the Relentless Energy NASS Action Sports and Music Festival 2011 has some tough memories to beat!
Held over the second weekend in July (Friday 8th – Sunday 10th 2011) at the Royal Bath & West Showground in Somerset, the Relentless Energy NASS event is fast becoming THE BMX and action sports festival to beat.
BMX bikes and skates are welcome, and with Tinie Tempah headlining the music looks sets to hold no punches either!
For many of the folks at the festival, the BMX events are potentially the highlight of the weekend. Last year’s increase in prize money caught the eye of worldwide pros like UK native BMX bandit Mark Webb, who rode away with the top accolade of the weekend – BMX Open Street Comp 1st Place. For 2011 Mark Webb will be back to do battle with the likes of Ben Snowden, Kelly Bolton and Daniel Dhers.
Plus, as an extra little titbit for fans, the King of Dirt crown will be decided at the 2011 Relentless Energy NASS! Will Ray Sampson cling to his crown?
And not to be outdone by a bunch of guys on MacNeil BMX and Kink BMX bikes, FMX will return for another year to a 50% bigger course and ride demo area.
